AutoAI — AI Vehicle Photo Editing

Last updated:

Introduction

AutoAI is an AI vehicle photo editing app provided by Ihwan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you select a vehicle photo, customize a design, generate an image, purchase a subscription, or contact us.

AI generation requires uploading your selected image and editing instructions to our backend and our AI service provider. It is not performed entirely on your device.

Information We Process

Photo Access and AI Processing

AutoAI uses Apple’s system photo picker to access the image you select. It does not require access to your entire photo library. Selecting a photo prepares it in the app; when you request generation, the app sends that image, the prompt, and related configuration to our Cloudflare-hosted backend.

The backend forwards the image and editing prompt to fal.ai to generate the result. Subscription verification is handled separately through RevenueCat. The app retrieves the generated image using a URL returned by the image provider.

Only submit images you have permission to use. Avoid including sensitive information or other people’s personal information unnecessarily. Generated image links may be accessible to anyone who has the link; take care when sharing them.

How We Use Information

We use information to process your requested vehicle edits, return generated images, verify access to paid features, process and restore subscriptions, diagnose failures, protect the service against abuse, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.

The current app does not integrate advertising SDKs or request an advertising tracking identifier. We do not sell your photos or prompts to advertisers. We do not operate our own AI training pipeline using your uploaded content; processing by AI providers is governed by the applicable service terms and policies.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store. RevenueCat helps manage purchases, restoration, and subscription status. Our backend sends your RevenueCat app user identifier to RevenueCat to check whether you have an active entitlement before allowing paid generation.

Apple processes payment details. We do not receive your full payment card or bank account details. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records for billing, restoration, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Service Providers and Disclosures

We use the following providers to deliver AutoAI:

Providers may use subprocessors to deliver their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the security and rights of users and the service. If you choose to share or open an image in another app, that destination handles it under its own policies.

Storage and Retention

The current mobile generation endpoint processes the submitted image without saving it to our backend’s image-storage bucket. This does not mean no copies exist: fal.ai processes input content and hosts generated outputs, and infrastructure providers may retain operational records.

Provider retention depends on their applicable terms, policies, and service settings; we do not promise immediate deletion or a fixed retention period for provider-held content. Subscription records may remain available for purchase restoration and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and maintain necessary records.

Images you export or save remain in the destination you choose until you remove them. Removing the app does not delete provider-held records, shared files, or copies in your backups.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You can choose not to upload a photo or submit a generation request. You can manage photo permissions, where applicable, through device settings and remove exported images from your chosen storage destinations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email [email protected]. Include enough context to locate the relevant request, such as the approximate generation date or request identifier if available. Do not send passwords or full payment details. We may need to verify your request and coordinate with our providers. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction-related reasons.

International Processing and Security

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy protections may differ between countries. Where required, applicable safeguards govern these transfers.

The app uses HTTPS for requests to our backend and generated image URLs. We use access controls and subscription verification to protect service access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

AutoAI is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as AutoAI or its providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
